Booking basics
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
- Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
- Rates are per guest, per night unless otherwise confirmed.
- Full board includes dinner, bed, breakfast, and lunch. Lunch may be a hot lunch or a takeaway lunch box.
Group bookings
For group stays, family travel, or special celebrations, contact our reservations team for a tailored quotation and availability.
Payments
- 40% deposit on making a booking.
- 45 days before arrival, full payment must be received. Extras are to be settled in full before departure.
- Cheques returned by the bank will incur a 5% “returned cheque” fee.
Special diets
We’re happy to cater for special diets, but full information is required at the time of booking so the menu can be submitted for guest approval before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Please send cancellation requests in writing to our reservations team. Cancellation charges apply according to the timing below:

7. Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings are held subject to the general terms and release periods described on this page; please contact us for current provisional-booking hold times.
8. Hand-washed Laundry
If staying 3 or more nights, laundry is offered at the guest’s own risk, and guests accept the chance of departing with damp/wet clothing. A laundry price list is available at camp.
9. Insurance
We recommend that every guest travels with comprehensive travel, medical, and emergency-evacuation insurance.
10. Liability
Safari travel involves outdoor environments and changing conditions. Please follow your guideâs safety instructions and ensure your travel insurance meets your individual needs.
11. Other Terms and Conditions
- Untamed Migration Camp reserves the right to alter prices, terms, and conditions at any time. Every effort to provide fair warning will be made, and every effort will be made to maintain published rates.
- In the event of a change to government taxes, levies, concession fees, or wildlife management fees, Untamed Migration Camp reserves the right to pass these on.
- Untamed Migration Camp reserves the right to refuse bookings at its absolute discretion.
- Untamed Migration Camp reserves the right to refuse occupancy to, and to expel, guests, drivers, and/or guides at its absolute discretion.
- If anything falls short of expectations, contact our team promptly so we can assist.
12. Refunds
Should any client arrive late or request an early departure, no refund will be granted. While Untamed Migration Camps will ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature against Untamed Migration Camp for a refund â in part or in whole â if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable and a reasonable alternative was found, or if a guest was unable to make use of the service for any reason.
