The single tent rate is applicable for the first 3 rooms per booking; any extra room will be charged an additional USD 75 on a single room rate.
Guides’ shared accommodation and meals are charged at 10,000/= Tshs. Driver guides will be accommodated two guides per tent, with an en-suite bathroom and hot water for showering.
We will grant the agent one single room, for any group of over 15 paying guests, under the condition that they pay only the camping fees and other extras — full board accommodation will be free of charge for the number of nights stayed, subject to availability, and must be requested at the time of booking.
We’re happy to cater for special diets, but full information is required at the time of booking so the menu can be submitted for guest approval before arrival.
Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing (email or fax) and is only effective upon receipt and acknowledgement by Untamed Migration Camp. Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay, or reduced in number of occupants are subject to cancellation and no-show fees, on the following scale (based on days before arrival):

If the cancellation case is discussed in advance, Untamed Migration Camp will do its best to render support and try to resolve any problems brought to its attention.

If staying 3 or more nights, laundry is offered at the guest’s own risk, and guests accept the chance of departing with damp/wet clothing. A laundry price list is available at camp.
All guests are expected to have personal emergency evacuation and medical insurance in case of emergency. Proof of insurance may be requested.
Untamed Migration Camp does not and will not accept any responsibility for any accident or incident of any nature involving clients/guests and/or staff of any tour company, whether at any of the camps, while traveling to or from any camp, or while partaking in any activity arranged by, associated with, or owned by Untamed Migration Camp.
Should any client arrive late or request an early departure, no refund will be granted. While Untamed Migration Camps will ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature against Untamed Migration Camp for a refund — in part or in whole — if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable and a reasonable alternative was found, or if a guest was unable to make use of the service for any reason.
The Agent confirms that the above contract, rates, and terms and conditions are strictly confidential and that no portion of this agreement may be divulged to any third party.
