All rates are NETT and non-commissionable

2.5  - Supplements:

-USD 25 per person per day on 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January (New Year and Christmas Supplements)

-For all inclusive: USD 60 per person inclusive of soft drinks, beers, local spirits and house wines.

2.6  - Single Supplements:

The single tent rate is applicable for the first 3 rooms per booking; any extra room will be charged additional USD 75 on a single room rate.

2.7  - Guides:

Guides' shared accommodation and meals are charged at 10,000/= Tshs. Driver Guides will be accommodated two guides in one tent, bathroom inside to the tent with hot water for showering. 

• - Rates Include: Full Board accommodation, coffee, tea and water during meals, and free Wi-Fi

2.9. Rates Exclude

Park Fee, Flights, Alcohol drinks, transfer to and from the camp, game drive, and excursions for the camp.

3. Basic Terms

• Rates are ONLY quoted in US Dollars
• Rates are inclusive of government taxes
• ALL rates are per person per night
• Full Board basis is dinner, bed, breakfast and Lunch. Lunch can be a hot lunch or take away lunch boxes

3.1- Tour Leader Rates

We will grant the agent one single room, for any Group over 15 paying guests, under the condition that he or she will pay only the camping fees and other extras and Full Board Accommodation will be free of charge for the number of nights stayed subject to availability, must be requested at time of booking

4. Payments

40% Deposit on making booking

45 Days before arrival full payment to be received Extras are to be settled in full before departure.

Cheques returned by the bank will incur 5% “Returned cheque fee

NOTE: UNTAMED MIGRATION CAMP reserves the right to release any booking that does not comply with the above terms.

Booking Agents shall pay by company cheque or by direct transfer into UNTAMED MIGRATION CAMP bank account (below) and the paying in slip scanned copy emailed to UNTAMED MIGRATION CAMP. 

Failure to email a scanned copy of the bank deposit slip may lead to the booking being released to the waitlist.

Please always indicate the Untamed Migration Camp Invoice number and date of check in.

BANKING: 

5. - Special Diets

A pleasure to cater for special diets but full information is required when booking so that we can submit menu for approval to guest before arrival.

6. Cancellation policy & Release Periods 

Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing, either by e-mail or fax and shall only be effective upon its receipt and acknowledgement by Untamed Migration Camp. Thus, reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in the number of occupancies are subject to cancellation and no-show fees.

The following scale of cancellation charges will be applicable, depending on the day before the departure of the tour when the cancellation notice is received.

25% if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival.

50% if cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival

100% if cancelled within 14 days or in the case of a 'No Show.' If the cancellation case is discussed earlier. we will do our best to render our support. We understand that things can happen and will try to resolve any problems that are brought to our consideration.

If staying 3 or more nights, at own risk and guests accept chance of departing with damp/wet clothing. Laundry price lists at camp.

9. Insurance:

All guests are expected to have personal emergency evacuation and medical insurance in case of emergency. Proof of insurance may be requested

10.  Liability:

Untamed Migration Camp does not and will not accept any responsibility for any accident or incident of any nature involving clients/guests and or staff of any tour company who are at any of the camp or whilst traveling to or from any camp or partaking in any activity, arranged by, associated with or owned by Untamed Migration Camp.

11. Other Terms and Conditions

• Untamed Migration Camp reserves the right to alter prices, terms and conditions at any time. Every effort to provide fair warning will be made. However, every effort will be made to maintain them

• In the event of a change on government taxes, levies, concession fees or wildlife management fees, Untamed Migration Camp reserves the right to pass these on to the

• Any disputes or complaints concerning reservations, payments or service shall be made in writing to the Managing Director within 7 working days or it will be deemed that they are void and no compromise will be made to outstanding monies.

12.  Refunds

Should any client arrive late or request an early departure, no refund will be granted. Whilst Untamed Migration Camps will ensure that all anticipated accommodation will be available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature against the Untamed Migration Camp for a refund, either in part or whole, If any accommodation and or excursion is unavailable and reasonable alternative was found or – if guest were unable to make use of the service for any reason

The Agent confirm that the above contract, rate and terms and conditions are strictly confidential and that no portion of this agreement may be divulged to any third party
